FunctieomschrijvingWhat your journey at Krasnapolsky will look like day-to-dayAs a Spa receptionist at the Anantara Spa you are responsible for the daily operations in the Spa to ensure our guest satisfaction. You are the first contact for our guest, and you ensure all interactions are pleasant and service oriented. During your shift you demonstrate excellent knowledge of all the hotel features, services, operations hours of the outlets, restaurants, food concepts and ambience. Document all guest requests, complaints or problems immediately and notify the designated department/personnel for resolving the situation. As a Spa Receptionist you answer all incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner. Answering all guest questions regarding spa offerings, appointment availability, length and cost of treatments. Effectively suggesting alternatives to guests if their first requests cannot be met. You will be working in close collaboration with the Guest Services team in handling administrative tasks and proceeding payments. In addition, you have a strong focus on the retail sales for all the Spa products and will keep track of the stock management. Help organize and handle the Spa Facilities and support the Spa team in their day-to-day operations.
