Employment agency Manpower is recruiting a Senior Process Control Technician for Dow in Terneuzen.



As a Senior Process Control Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring and improving production processes. You will ensure that systems and equipment function optimally and will be key in resolving technical challenges.



Your responsibilities include:

  • Applying the Global Project Methodology (GPM) and Process Engineering Work Process Discipline
  • Ensuring a safe process design that meets EH&S requirements and Dow standards
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues in both designs and existing operations
  • Developing and implementing process improvements that optimize quality, yield, cost, and performance
  • Supporting product development and production transitions from research to implementation
  • Monitoring project schedules and ensuring deliverables are met within set timeframes and budgets
  • Regularly maintaining equipment to prevent cross-contamination and ensure operational efficiency

Functie-eisen

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a similar technical discipline
  • Experience with process flows and production processes
  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
  • Preferably in possession of a VCA-VOL certificate
  • Willingness to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG)
  • A Dutch work permit (valid for at least nine months) or EU nationality
