Manpower is looking for multiple process operators for Dow in Terneuzen.



During your workday, you make sure the processes at Dow’s plant run smoothly and safely. Your tasks include:

  • Investigating, analyzing, and fixing malfunctions
  • Creating and checking block plans
  • Performing quality checks
  • Monitoring and addressing deviations in the production process and making improvements when necessary
  • Applying for permits and resolving issues related to permits

Functie-eisen

  • Minimum MBO-4 level education in a technical field or a Process Operator B diploma
  • At least two years of work experience as a mechanical technician, technician, technical coordinator, or similar role
  • Excellent command of Dutch (C1 level), as clear communication on the work floor is essential
  • A valid Dutch work permit with at least nine months remaining or EU citizenship
  • Availability to work at least 40 hours per week
  • A VCA VOL certification is required. If you do not yet have this certification, you must obtain it before your start date
  • A VOG (Certificate of Conduct) application is part of the onboarding process
  • Due to the nature of the work in our production facilities, you must be physically and mentally capable of performing the tasks. A medical examination may be part of the application process

Working Hours

In this full-time role, you will work in a five-shift schedule (2-2-2). The shifts are as follows:

  • 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
  • 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
