As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every corner of our hotel reflects our high standards. Your key responsibilities will include:
Maintaining Spotless Rooms: Oversee the cleanliness of Zoku’s apartment-style rooms, ensuring every guest experiences a perfectly clean and welcoming environment.
Organizing Pantries and Common Areas: Keep all pantries and communal areas tidy, well-stocked, and in excellent condition.
Team Motivation and Leadership: Inspire and lead the housekeeping team to perform at their best, fostering a collaborative and positive working atmosphere.
Coordination and Communication: Work closely with the front office and other departments to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience.

An experienced cleaner with some supervisory and administrative experience.
A proactive and positive attitude, with a genuine passion for hospitality.
