Wij bieden

  • Gross hourly wage starting from €16.01, based on your work experience (applicable from age 20 and above).

  • Salary paid every 4 weeks, resulting in 13 payments per year.

  • Travel allowance of €0.14 per kilometer for daily commutes starting from 20 kilometers.

  • A contract from 30-35 hours per week

  • 8% holiday allowance, paid in May.

  • 10% holiday hours accrual and a 5% year-end bonus.

  • 26 vacation days for full-time employment, plus an extra day off to celebrate your birthday.

  • 8-month employment contract, including a 1-month probation period, with a view to a permanent contract.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every corner of our hotel reflects our high standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining Spotless Rooms: Oversee the cleanliness of Zoku’s apartment-style rooms, ensuring every guest experiences a perfectly clean and welcoming environment.

  • Organizing Pantries and Common Areas: Keep all pantries and communal areas tidy, well-stocked, and in excellent condition.

  • Team Motivation and Leadership: Inspire and lead the housekeeping team to perform at their best, fostering a collaborative and positive working atmosphere.

  • Coordination and Communication: Work closely with the front office and other departments to ensure seamless operations and an exceptional guest experience.

  • Available to work Monday through Sunday (at least two weekends per month).

  • An experienced cleaner with some supervisory and administrative experience.

  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a genuine passion for hospitality.

  • English-speaking.

  • Able to work independently and with attention to detail.

  • Residing in Amsterdam or the immediate vicinity.
