As an Operations Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of our daily operations, participate in various projects, and contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn, contribute to team success, and gain practical experience in a fast-paced environment. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will engage in a variety of tasks that support the operations team and help improve operational performance.  


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  
  • Assist with the analysis and optimization of operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity accross our hotels. 
  • Support the implementation of new operational strategies and projects, including data collection, analysis, and documentation.  
  • Participate in inventory management tasks, including tracking, reporting, and assisting in inventory audits.  
  • Contribute to the development and updating of operational procedures and documentation.  
  • Help coordinate logistics and supply chain operations, including communication with suppliers and tracking shipments.  
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations on operational performance for internal stakeholders.  
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to problem-solving and process improvement discussions.  
  • Support the operations team with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING  
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Hotel Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.  
  • Strong interest in operations and a desire to learn about various aspects of business operations.  
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.  
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.  
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
