As a sales & marketing trainee, you're stepping right into the heartbeat of the HR-Group hotels, working directly with our dynamic sales, marketing and communications team across four awesome hotel brands spread across The Netherlands. You'll be the voice that connects these hotels, chatting with guests within the hotels and reaching out to the world through social media platforms. Yep, you're the magic behind engaging our guests, potential guests, and our awesome affiliates. Get creative! You'll be brainstorming and crafting campaigns that show off each brand's unique lifestyle. Think of it as crafting stories that leap off social platforms, promoting these fantastic hotels and creating a buzz that's as distinctive as each brand itself. Besides that, conducting sales activities and preparing international tradeshows is something you love to do. There are no limits to your abilities. In addition, you will be:
available MBO or HBO student for a minimum of 20 weeks, 4 days a week;
working with 4 hotel brands and 6 properties across the Netherlands;
managing communications through the several social media platforms
a Canva expert to create various communication assets;
delivering engaging communication strategies to push the promotion of food and beverage as well as stays in the hotel;
managing external partners to develop social media campaigns ad sales blitzes through all hotel brands;
busy with engaging with guests through various platforms to make sure they get the very best service and choose the Movenpick brand for their next visit.

creating offers and contracts
In this position, you will work Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00.

Don’t work. Do what you love instead You will be a multitasking dynamo who thrives under pressure, excels in Canva wizardry, and effortlessly navigates Microsoft Windows. If you're well-versed in leveraging social media platforms for impactful brand communication, experienced in crafting diverse content, and driven to take projects from inception to completion, you're the one we need. Balancing schoolwork and a full-time job won't faze you, and your infectious creativity and enthusiasm will infuse life into every task. If you're passionate about brand communication and can seamlessly manage multiple responsibilities with finesse, we're eager to welcome you aboard! You must have:
preferably knowledge of different social media platforms and Canva;
creative and enthusiastic mindset;
fluent written and spoken knowledge of the English language, and preferably the Dutch language as well.
