FunctieomschrijvingThe development processes within Wassenburg Medical are aimed at developing and/or improving complex technical and medical equipment, both software and hardware. To develop state-of-the-art software, it is necessary to apply new technologies and design methods.
Within projects, you are technically responsible for the development and maintenance of new and existing software. The lead times of the development and improvement projects vary depending on the size and complexity of the applications. You work on one project, but you also coordinate matters with other projects. There are two teams: a machine team and an application team. The washer disinfector machines communicate with a web application to provide insight into the reprocessing of endoscopes. It is also important to keep in touch with each other.Functie eisen
You have at least a completed HBO education in the direction of (Technical) Informatics or electrical engineering, industrial automation or related education;
You have experience in technical automation systems;
Knowledge of and experience with (object oriented) programming of PLC systems. At Wassenburg we use CodeSys;
Experience with the standards IEC62304, ISO62366, ISO 14791 and ISO 13485 is an advantage;
You are analytical, problem-solving and structured;
You feel responsible and are also stress resistant;
You are communicative, pleasant to deal with and flexible;
You have a good command of the English language in word and writing;
We move to Elst in the beginning 2026.
