Main activities:
Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
Workforce scheduling including vacation planning, absence, and overtime control.
Conduct regular inspections to identify continuous improvement.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
Ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
Supervise inventory of tools and supplies needed for maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with other (external) departments to identify maintenance needs and priorities.
Monitor and control maintenance costs.
Prepare reports on maintenance activities and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Job Requirements
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience as a supervisor or similar role within the field of logistics.
Technical knowledge and skills are nice to have but not necessary to get the job done.
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work flexible hours and during weekends.

Salary and BenefitsAs a Supervisor, you will be responsible for the maintenance department at our site at the Eemshaven.
