Within this role your tasks and responsibilities will include the following: 




  • Provide support to the sales team in managing customers within the EMEA region, with a specific focus on the Chinese market;

  • Collaborate effectively in relevant sales processes to ensure seamless operations;

  • Process inquiries, offers, and orders in a timely and efficient manner;

  • Maintain internal systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information;

  • Manage customer portals to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction;

  • Create and generate comprehensive sales reports for analysis and decision-making.

Functie-eisen

For this position, we are actively seeking motivated and enthusiastic candidates who demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies:




  • Completion of commercial training with a successful track record;

  • Relevant HBO-level work experience in an international environment;

  • Full proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Basic knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications;

  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills;

  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts rapidly.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

For the Sales Assistant position, the following employment conditions are offered:




  • A gross monthly salary between €3.000,- and €3.500,- based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on your work experience;

  • Compensation commensurate with qualifications and work experience;

  • Flat hierarchies;

  • An independent position in an international and dynamic environment;

  • The chance to work in an informal and close team of eager and driven peers;

  • Every Wednesday a lunch with the sales/admin team is scheduled;

  • 25 vacation days for a full-time position, plus an additional 0.5 vacation day for each year of service, up to a maximum of 28 days total.
