You will be responsible for insulating climate control and sanitary installations. This includes insulating systems that provide a building with heating, cooling, drinking water, and air, or systems that handle rainwater or sewage. Additionally, you will install aluminum cladding, fire-resistant applications, and (self-regulating) heating cables. Once you become a fully qualified Chief Insulation Fitter, you will essentially be your own boss on the project we send you to. The client’s representative will outline what needs to be done, but you’ll have the freedom to determine how to accomplish it. Working as a Technical Insulation Fitter is physically less demanding than most other jobs in construction. Our materials are lightweight and easy to handle. You will experience a variety of tasks and work locations, and each day you’ll be contributing to the sustainability of the Netherlands!
