Employment agency Manpower is looking for Production Workers Make & Pack for Gate Gourmet at Schiphol.
As a production worker in the Make & Pack department, you will ensure that meals for passengers are prepared. These can be hot or cold meals, such as breakfasts, lunches, or dinners. You will gather the right ingredients, prepare everything, and make sure the meals are prepared neatly and hygienically. You will work according to clear guidelines and ensure everything stays clean. You are someone who works hard but always remains accurate. Furthermore, you will also help new colleagues when necessary, explaining how the work is done and making sure they feel comfortable quickly.
In your first few weeks, you will be assigned a buddy. This colleague will guide you and show you step by step how everything works. This way, you’ll get to know the job and the company well and can start working independently quickly!

Working hours
The working hours are between 6.00 and 23.00, providing a lot of flexibility in the schedule. During the summer months, for example, the start times may sometimes be later in the day, such as 14.30 or 15.30. There are two work locations: Schiphol North and Schiphol West. A shuttle bus operates between these locations.
Before you start, you will undergo a group training where you will learn the general guidelines to perform your job well.
