Are you ready for an exciting, fast-paced role where no two days are the same? As a production employee, you’ll receive comprehensive training and quickly become a versatile expert in your field. Working in 2 or 3 shifts, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the production process runs smoothly, collaborating with your team of 8 to 14 people to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency.Your day will be dynamic, with tasks changing every couple of hours! You’ll be active, moving between different workstations, and alternating between sitting and standing. Key responsibilities include:
Packing products
Adding caps or closures
Monitoring the production line
Keeping your workspace clean and organized
Assisting in other areas of the factory when needed
