Wij bieden

  • Gross hourly wage starting at €16.01, depending on your work experience*

  • Salary paid every 4 weeks, resulting in 13 payments per year

  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer

  • 8% holiday allowance, paid in May

  • 10% vacation hours accrual and a 5% year-end bonus

  • 26 vacation days for a full-time position, plus an extra day off on your birthday

  • An 8-month contract with a one-month probation period and the possibility of a permanent contract

Jouw baan

As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel. Your tasks include:

  • Leading and supervising the housekeeping team to ensure rooms and public areas are spotless.

  • Training, motivating, and supporting team members to deliver consistent quality.

  • Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to maintain standards.

  • Organizing work schedules and managing daily housekeeping operations.

  • Working hands-on during the low season, assisting with room cleaning and setting an example for the team.

  • Managing stock levels for cleaning supplies and guest amenities.

  • Handling guest requests and resolving housekeeping-related issues promptly.

Jij bent


  • Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a leadership role.

  • A hands-on mentality; you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and clean when needed.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • The ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.

  • Good communication skills in English

  • Flexibility to work different days of the week, including weekends and holidays.
