Operator bakery

As an Operator in the Cream department, you play a vital role in processing baked cookies with fillings and decorations, ensuring production meets the required quality and quantity standards.

What you will do:

• Maintain a continuous supply, correct dosage, weight, and quality of raw materials.
• Prepare semi-finished products based on recipe guidelines and correctly label them.
• Set up, operate, convert, and shut down machinery and weighing equipment.
• Review production plans and ensure equipment hygiene, cleaning if necessary.
• Report any deviations or equipment malfunctions.
• Replenish raw materials and transport them to the cream department using electric pallet trucks, forklifts, or lifts.
• Clean machines and maintain a tidy workspace.

• You are proactive, meticulous, and understand food hygiene standards.
• Reside near Maastricht.
• Proficient in Dutch and/or English.
• Willing to work in 3 shifts.
• Have your own means of transportation.
