Current Focus:

Together with Penta Infra, we are currently managing the acquisition process for new projects, including both greenfield and brownfield developments. Our goal is to enable Penta Infra to operate more independently in this area by building a robust Development & M&A team comprising 4-5 experienced professionals, together with the 12 investment professionals of Photon.

A key focus within this initiative is the acquisition of new land for development into state-of-the-art data centers. To support this, we plan to launch a dedicated search process to identify and secure these opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Set-up and maintain contact with external brokers and developers.
• Identify and source new greenfield and brownfield opportunities.
• Negotiate acquisition terms. Prepare business cases and investment proposals in collaboration with the relevant teams in Penta and Photon
• Conduct feasibility studies and appraisals in collaboration with the Technical Development Director and external advisors.
• Assist in due diligence processes.
• Support the Technical Development team post-deal with handover and initial development steps. 

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Relevant university degree.
• Proven international track record.
• Strong understanding of investment and development processes.
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
• General understanding of legal processes.
• Independent, self-starter with a strong analytical background.
• Ability to promote best practices and knowledge sharing.
• Proficient in business English
