Operator bakery

As an Operator in the Cream department, you are essential in processing baked cookies with fillings and decorations, ensuring that production meets the required quality and quantity standards.

What you will do:

• Maintain a continuous supply, correct dosage, weight, and quality of raw materials.
• Prepare semi-finished products based on recipe guidelines and correctly label them.
• Set up, operate, convert, and shut down machinery and weighing equipment.
• Review production plans and ensure equipment hygiene, cleaning if necessary.
• Report any deviations or equipment malfunctions.
• Replenish raw materials and transport them to the cream department using electric pallet trucks, forklifts, or lifts.
• Clean machines and maintain a tidy workspace.

• You are proactive and understand food hygiene standards.
• Reside near Maastricht.
• Proficient in Dutch and/or English.
• Willing to work in 3 shifts.
• Have your own means of transportation.
