For this License Administrator EMEA vacancy, it is important that you are able to work independently, while also being a team player who can liaise with colleagues from other departments. Additionally, you should recognize yourself in the following:




  • A completed MBO education with HBO work and thinking level;

  • A strong sense of responsibility and the ability to maintain an overview when pressure increases;

  • Strong communication skills, both direct and over the phone;

  • Avilable to work 30 to 32 hours per week, spread over 5 days;

  • Work experience in an international environment;

  • Confident handling of MS Office programs;

  • Full proficiency of English (speaking & writing).

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

As a License Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our team, with exciting opportunities to take on a variety of tasks! You love solving puzzles and searching for the right information to then process it correctly in order to release the desired license. Your tasks include:




  • Creating and managing software licenses and keys for our products while following the correct processes, such as customer screening and export compliance;

  • Supporting and liaising with clients and the Sales, Business Development, and Support departments on all license-related matters;

  • Performing general office tasks and reception duties, such as answering phone calls, receiving suppliers and guests, and sending packages.
