Manpower is looking for a Controller for an innovative company in the polymer industry located in Limburg.
As a Controller, you will perform the following duties:
Lead monthly closures, quarterly financial reporting, and year-end financial statements
Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and coordinate external audits
Develop and oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning
Provide financial insights to support business decisions and improve profitability
Identify and implement process improvements for financial efficiency
Advise the CEO and Board on financial risks, opportunities, and strategies
Gross salary ranging from €4,000 to €5,000 based on 32 hours per week (32 - 40 hours negotiable).

Minimum three years of experience in controlling, accounting, or a related field

Ability to work independently and take ownership of financial processes
Proficiency in financial software (Exact) and reporting tools
Experience in an SME environment is a plus
