A mbo-4 degree or higher, preferably complemented by didactic training and work
Availability of 40 hours per week
Gaining experience in a similar role, preferably within an international work environment
Demonstrating excellent command of English (spoken and written) because of job duties; knowledge of Dutch and/or German is an advantage
Being flexible and open to working at various locations, including outside normal working hours if necessary
Possessing strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse target groups and cultures
Taking initiative, working in a structured and goal-oriented manner, and handling stress well
