The Amstel Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic Health Club Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that our Health Club meets the highest five-star standards and help create an unforgettable experience for our guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the Team: Providing guidance and support to the Health Club team besides working in the day-to-day operations. Responsible for creating the schedule. Ensure effective communication and a collaborative team environment to deliver exceptional service to our guests. Guest Experience: Ensure all guests receive outstanding service and have a positive and relaxing experience at the Health Club. Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly, going above and beyond to fulfill their needs. Memorable Moments: Making the guests feel welcome and at ease in the Health Club. Creating memorable moments for our guests by offering a personalized service and going for the extra mile in an atmosphere of relaxation and enjoyment. Ensure Cleanliness and Hygiene: Comply with the hygiene standards to maintain the overall cleanliness of the Health Club. Oversee the daily maintenance to ensure all areas are spotless and clean, including equipment and changing rooms. Monitor the safety of our facilities and equipment for our guests. Administrative Duties: Handle inquiries via e-mail and telephone. Manage massage bookings and maintain contact with our Health Club members and guests. Besides daily administrative duties, there are opportunities to contribute to the continued refinement of the Health Club.
REQUIREMENTS
Passion for Luxury Hospitality: You understand the importance of five-star service.
Supervisory Skills: You can motivate and guide a team effectively.
Attention to Detail: You have an eye for perfection and take pride in maintaining high standards.
Excellent Communication: You are proactive, professional, and fluent in English.
Organized & Efficient: You know how to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in Hospitality: Previous experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel is a plus.
