Operator

In this modern fresh bakery in Waalwijk, no day is the same. As an operator, you are essential in the process, and you ensure the preparation and processing of the dough, the essential basis of all the delicious bread that you produce daily. 

What are your responsibilities?

• You check whether all necessary raw materials and auxiliary materials are present according to the recipes.
• You set up the machines and production line and, if necessary, you convert them. 
• You perform quality controls and record your findings.
• You resolve minor malfunctions and, for more complex problems, you contact the technical department.
• You keep machines and the environment clean in accordance with hygiene standards.

You will be working in a 2-shift system, sometimes working nights. Working hours are from 06:00 to 14:00 / 14:00 to 22:00 / 22:00 to 06:00. 

• You have experience as an operator and/or baker;
• You are willing to work in a 2-shift system and sometimes in the night shift; 
• You consider hygiene and safety regulations to be of paramount importance;
• Experience in a food sector and knowledge of HACCP is a plus. 

Our client is originally a family business with delicious bakery products. They have grown into a baker who can make an important contribution to the Dutch bread culture, they do this with more than 2000 people employed. The location in Waalwijk is one of the 9 locations of Nederland, where you will work as a bakery operator.

• A gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €3,250 based on age and experience;
• A surcharge of 134% between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM;
