Manpower is looking for a Mechanical Engineering Technician for a company in Amersfoort.



What does your day look like? You drive with a colleague to the construction site and work together on the project. These are often large new construction or renovation projects in the utilities sector for various clients. Depending on your knowledge and experience, you will be deployed in a way that supports your growth and independence.



This is what you will do:

  • Understand architectural and installation drawings
  • Carry out assembly work and work based on drawings
  • Keep track of revision work and ensure quality standards are met
  • Communicate project progress with the manager
  • Ensure a safe working environment
  • Come up with practical solutions to problems on-site
  • Supervise apprentice mechanics

Functie-eisen

  • At least a Mbo in installation technology or higher, with the ability to apply knowledge of at least installation processes
  • A passion for the installation industry and eagerness to learn
  • Strong customer-oriented, result-driven, and collaborative mindset
  • Flexible and adaptable, focused on finding the right fit between you and the organization
  • Willingness to grow professionally, with opportunities for further training and development
  • Fluency in Dutch is required because of job duties
