Project Manager

 

As we grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and drive strategic initiatives across our organizations, in Brussels (Belgium) and ‘s-Hertogenbosch (Holland). 

You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects that align with the company’s goals and enhance customer satisfaction. You will ensure effective planning, execution, and delivery of projects, meeting time, quality, and budget expectations. Your role will also involve navigating complex regulatory environments and maintaining compliance with financial regulations specific to the Belgian and Dutch market.

 

Key responsabilities :


  • Project Management : Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects while ensuring alignment with company objectives and stakeholder requirements.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams (IT, marketing, operations, compliance) and external partners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track.

  • Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all projects comply with Belgian, Dutch and EU financial regulations, particularly within the consumer credit sector.

  • Performance Tracking : Develop and monitor KPIs, providing regular progress reports to senior management.

  • Change Management : Manage transitions resulting from projects, ensuring smooth implementation and adoption by relevant teams.

  • Budget Oversight : Develop project budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation to maximize return on investment.

Functie eisen
Profile :


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in B.A., Finance, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • 3-5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the financial services industry.

    • Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects.



  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).

  • Familiarity with ticketing and project management tools.

  • Knowledge of Prince2, BPMN/Archimate, Agile/Scrum, ITIL.

  • Understanding of consumer credit laws and financial regulations in Belgium and The Netherlands.




  • Soft Skills:


    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
