We could use an extra pair of hands for that mission. easyHotel Amsterdam Arena is seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join the team as a Hotel Manager. With 131 rooms and a commitment to delivering exceptional service, we are looking for a candidate ready to take the next step in their career and embrace the responsibilities of overseeing our hotel operations.
Responsibilities Are you a dynamic and driven hospitality professional with a passion for exceeding guest expectations and boosting local engagement? We’re looking for a Hotel Manager whit a primary focus on leading the team, managing quality, improving service, elevate guest experiences, and drive growth - especially by increasing local sales and partnerships. Key responsibilities include: 1. Operational Oversight: - Supervise day-to-day hotel operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service. - Collaborate with various departments to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort. 2. Team Leadership: - Lead and motivate a dedicated team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. - Provide guidance and support to front office and housekeeping staff. 3. Guest Relations: - Ensure guests receive exceptional service throughout their stay, addressing concerns promptly and professionally. - Implement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Quality Management: - Monitor and maintain quality standards across all aspects of the hotel. - Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the overall product. 5. Sales: - Build strong relationships with local businesses and community partners to promote the hotel and its services.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Front Office Manager or Housekeeping Manager. - Demonstrated leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Passion for delivering outstanding customer service. - Experience as a Sales Manager is a plus. - A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
