We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Office Manager to join Vanderlande’s Supply Department in Veghel. In this role, you'll support the Business Unit Supply Leadership Team (LT) with a wide range of secretarial, administrative, and organizational tasks. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the team can focus on their strategic priorities—because you’ve already taken care of the rest.

As Office Manager, you will be the go-to person for the LT team—someone who knows what’s needed before it’s even asked. You’ll work in a pragmatic and fast-paced environment, where trust, accuracy, and forward-thinking are highly valued.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Organizing and scheduling internal and external meetings, events, and workshops
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Arranging international travel, including visas and accommodations
  • Managing agendas, documentation, and tools like OneNote
  • Supporting and improving internal processes, always looking for efficiency gains
  • Being a reliable, discreet, and solution-focused partner to the team
Functie-eisen
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a secretarial or office management role;
  • You speak fluent English (Dutch is a big plus!);
  • You are organized, reliable, and eager to take initiative;
  • You have strong communication skills and love supporting others;
  • Experience with Microsoft tools (e.g., OneNote) is a plus.

At Vanderlande in Veghel (nearby: Eindhoven, 's Hertogenbosch, Helmond, Veldhoven en Oss), the Office Manager plays a vital role in supporting the Support Team and enabling smooth daily operations. You’ll be part of a small, close-knit team (3 FTE: 1 full-time, 2 part-time) and will work in an open, informal environment where your input and ideas are genuinely valued. The culture is hands-on, people-oriented, and built on trust. Building strong relationships, showing integrity, and working independently are key to your success.

The Supply department itself is all about supply chain excellence. From sourcing and production to storage and delivery, BU Supply supports complex global projects and works closely with suppliers from India, Western Europe, China, and the US. Arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • Full-time role (32–40 hours) with 4 days onsite and 1 day remote;
  • 6-month contract via Olympia, with the possibility of extension or permanent hire;
  • Salary based on experience (max €4500,- a month);
  • 25 vacation days;
  • 8.33% holiday allowance;
