Are you active, detail-oriented, and ready to get moving? At GXO Logistics in Tilburg, we’re looking for Order Pickers to help process thousands of products every day. You'll be on your feet, moving through the warehouse, and using a hand scanner to accurately pick and register items for shipment.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical work and takes pride in accuracy and speed.

We operate in a two-shift system, from Monday to Saturday:

  • Morning shift: 06:00/06:30 – 15:00/15:15
  • Evening shift: 15:00/15:15 – 23:45/00:00

Your Responsibilities

  • Collect items from shelves based on digital picking instructions
  • Use a scanner to register each product you pick
  • Check product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy
  • Keep your work area organized and follow safety procedures
Functie-eisen
  • You have knowledge of the English language
  • You are physically capable of performing walking work
  • You can work in a two-shift system
  • You have your own transport and accommodation
  • You are fulltime or parttime available
  • You can apply for a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)

Arbeidsvoorwaarden
  • Gross hourly wage of €14.06
  • Shift allowances:
    • 05:00–06:00 (Mon–Fri): +45%
    • 19:00–21:00 (Mon–Fri): +25%
    • 21:00–00:00 (Mon–Fri): +35%
    • Saturday: +50%
  • Travel allowance: €0.23 per km (max. €9.20 per day)
