In this role, you’ll take the lead in delivering change. You’ll analyze, connect, and realize – from vision to execution:

• Act as a bridge between business and IT to ensure smooth delivery of customer reporting solutions.

• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable development roadmaps in collaboration with Product Management and IT.

• Lead product delivery activities with an end-to-end focus, including service implementation, operations, and support.

• Define and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality delivery.

• Monitor product performance and usage through data and insights.

• Collaborate closely with Risk, Compliance, and Legal to ensure all solutions are fully compliant with internal and external regulations.

• Work in an Agile squad, contributing to sprint and quarterly business review (QBR) goals.

• Support the Delivery Area Lead (DAL) with managing internal and external demand and aligning with IT teams and vendors.

• Help shape the overall customer journey across Transaction Services with a strong focus on operational excellence and customer value.

• Ensure 24/7 operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and a solid risk control framework
Functie-eisen


• A completed Master’s degree.

• 10+ years of experience as a project lead, product owner, or similar role in a financial services environment.

• Proven expertise or affinity with customer reporting on payment products (e.g., MT9xx, CAMT.05x).

• Comfortable working closely with IT engineers and understanding technical delivery implications.

• Experience in product delivery and Agile methodologies is a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong analytical mindset, capable of making decisions based on data.

• Resilient and comfortable navigating ambiguity and complexity.

• Proactive, creative thinker with the ability to simplify and deliver solutions.

• A collaborative team player with a global mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.

ING Wholesale Banking (WB) includes Transaction Services (TS) as one of its core business lines, providing a wide range of financial products and services to corporate and institutional clients globally. Within TS, the Reporting & Cards area is a key pillar of our delivery organization, alongside four other areas: Payments & Channels, Accounts & Cash Management, Pricing & Billing, and Trade.



As a Customer Journey Expert (CJE), you will play a crucial role in the Reporting domain, delivering integrated solutions and enhancing the customer experience for Wholesale Banking clients. You will be responsible for translating business needs into effective delivery, managing cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring high-quality, compliant solutions.
