What will you be doing?

The position for compliance officer at European Medicines Agency has become available due to a major IT transformation within the organisation. The team transitioned from an old, established system to a completely new platform, which has led to significant changes and a steep learning curve. As a result, many existing documents (such as SOPs and processes) are outdated. You will be responsible for updating and structuring this documentation.



  • Collect and compile information from various internal sources. The assistants will help provide you with the content.
  • Update existing procedures, SOPs, work instructions, and manuals.



This assignment is expected to start the 2nd of June until the end of December, with a possible extension if needed.

Additionally, you have:



  • A level of education which corresponds to completed university studies of at least three years, attested by a diploma.
  • Up to 3 years of full-time relevant professional experience.
  • Previous experience in authoring procedural documents (SOPs, WINs) is necessary.

Salary and Benefits

What we offer



  • A competitive salary, equal to function group FGIV, starting with 4.812,17 and a maximum of 6.970,17 euro gross per month, depending on your qualifications;
