Operator bakery

As an Operator in the Cream Department, you play a key role in processing baked cookies with various fillings and decorations. You help ensure smooth production that meets both quality standards and output goals.

Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a steady flow of materials and performing accurate dosing, weighing, and quality checks on raw ingredients.

• Preparing semi-finished products according to recipes and labeling them correctly.

• Setting up, operating, adjusting, and shutting down machinery and weighing systems.

• Reviewing production plans and keeping equipment clean; performing cleaning tasks as needed.

• Reporting any irregularities or technical issues with machines.

• Replenishing and transporting raw materials to the cream area using electric pallet jacks, forklifts, or lifts.

• Cleaning machines and maintaining a tidy, hygienic work environment.

• You are proactive and understand food safety and hygiene standards.
• You live near Maastricht.
• You speak Dutch and/or English.
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift system.
• You have your own means of transportation.
