Data Engineer (ENG)

• Design and develop modern data pipelines
• Model data and structure efficient data ingestion
• Perform data transformations using DBT
• Orchestrate data flows with Dagster
• Implement and manage data governance and documentation
• Expose data through BI reports and APIs (REST and GraphQL)
• Initiate and support innovative projects (AI, data mining, machine learning)
• Set up and maintain CI/CD processes and Infrastructure as Code
• Monitor, log, and manage our cloud infrastructure, mainly in Azure

In this role, you’ll report to and collaborate with our Manager Data & Insights. You’ll also work closely with your (junior) Data Engineer colleague on operational tasks.

You’re an ambitious, resilient Data Engineer with strong problem-solving skills and a structured, project-oriented mindset. You can clearly explain complex concepts to colleagues at all levels. You have an entrepreneurial attitude and enjoy building and improving systems from scratch. “Getting 1% better every day” – that’s what drives you!

You bring:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Data Engineer
• Experience in consultancy or similar fast-paced environments is a plus

Must-have skills: SQL, Python, Git, DBT, Docker, Unix Shell Commands, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Azure Resource Manager), Monitoring and logging (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics), CI/CD (Azure DevOps)

• A gross monthly salary between €4,600 and €5,800
