We offer

  • A gross hourly wage starting from €18.36, depending on your work experience*

  • Salary paid every 4 weeks, meaning 13 payments per year

Your job

NH Hotel Zandvoort is looking for an experienced and hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead and support our housekeeping team. In this key position, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of all housekeeping tasks, ensuring our rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness standards.



Your Responsibilities


  • Creating and managing the housekeeping schedule

  • Inspecting guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness and quality

  • Ordering and managing cleaning supplies and materials

  • Dividing and assigning daily cleaning tasks to the team

  • Motivating, guiding, and supporting the housekeeping team

  • Ensuring hygiene and safety protocols are followed at all times

  • Acting as a point of contact between housekeeping and hotel management


Work Schedule:


  • Flexible during the week, including 2 weekends per month

  • 8.00 AM - 16/17.00 PM

You are


  • Experienced in a housekeeping supervisor or manager role

  • Flexibly available, including at least 2 weekends per month

  • Working side by side with your team

  • Organized, proactive, and have strong leadership skills

  • Speak English (Dutch is a plus)

  • Live in or near Zandvoort
