Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Officer for a company in Geleen.



As Senior QA Officer, you act as a Quality Subject Matter Expert (SME) and work cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders. Your expertise supports the entire quality lifecycle, from documentation oversight to deviation handling and process improvement. More specifically, you will:

  • Serve as the go-to Quality SME on site
  • Review and prepare executed batch records for QP disposition
  • Assess and approve deviations, CAPAs, and change controls
  • Ensure timely closure and archiving of batch documentation
  • Provide quality input in cross-functional meetings
  • Review and approve SOPs, reports, forms, and protocols
  • Monitor QA KPIs and represent the QA team in governance boards
  • Support QA On-the-Floor activities
  • Train and mentor junior QA staff
  • Drive continuous quality improvement

Functie-eisen

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Biotechnology, or a related field
  • A minimum of five years of QA experience in a GMP-regulated environment
  • Native-level English communication skills because of job duties 
  • Strong grasp of GMP principles and quality systems
  • Accurate documentation review skills
  • A proactive mindset with strong collaboration and mentoring abilities
  • Experience in risk-based decision-making and continuous improvement
