The Den, 's-Hertogenbosch, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel by Marriott, opened in March 2022 and is located in the vibrant Paleiskwartier, just a short walk from the city centre and central station. The hotel blends urban energy with natural surroundings and offers unique guest experiences—including the only rooftop restaurant and bar in the city. With a cosmopolitan vibe and top-tier hospitality, The Den is the place where guests start their day right.

THE POSITION
We are looking for an early bird with a passion for hospitality to join our team as a Breakfast Associate at The Den. In this role, you are one of the first smiles our guests see in the morning. You’ll be working closely with our kitchen team to set up and deliver a delicious breakfast experience.
This is an early shift position, typically starting between 6:00 and 7:00 AM, so it’s perfect for someone who loves a head start on the day.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Help with prepping and setting up the breakfast buffet together with the kitchen team
  • Welcome guests with a smile and assist them during breakfast service
  • Keep the breakfast area clean, organised, and continuously refilled
  • Be attentive to guest needs and go the extra mile to ensure a great start to their day
  • Help clean up and reset for the next service or team


WHAT YOU’LL BRING
  • Experience in hospitality or food service is a plus, but not required – we train attitude over CV
  • A guest-first mindset with a warm, friendly presence
  • You enjoy early mornings and working as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Good communication skills in Dutch and/or English
  • Reliability and a sense of pride in your work
