Wat je gaat doen As an operator in the iron foundry, you will play a key role in producing high-quality counterweights for international clients. From preparing molds to participating in the casting and finishing process, your work will be practical, varied, and essential to the smooth flow of operations. You’ll be joining a dedicated team where precision, safety, and teamwork are highly valued. With your technical skills and proactive mindset, you will help us maintain our high production standards.Your Responsibilities:
• Prepare molds to exact specifications, ensuring they are ready for casting.
• Operate overhead cranes to move heavy castings and handle finished products safely.
• Grind and finish products, shaping them to required standards.
• Carry out final surface treatments such as sanding and filling.
• Perform quality checks to guarantee each product meets our stringent quality requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and foster a positive work environment.

You’ll work in a small, experienced team on a fixed day shift: 07:30 to 16:30. Wat we je bieden

Functie-eisen We are looking for a proactive and skilled production worker with a technical mindset to join our foundry team.
  • Full-time availability and commitment to long-term employment.
  • Experience with tools; metal industry experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in operating overhead cranes is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Good command of English language.
  • You have your own accommodation and transport.
