Blasting technician

As an industrial blaster, you will contribute to the core of our metal conservation processes, ensuring the quality and durability of our products. In this role, you will work with precision and attention to detail, mastering techniques like grit-corundum blasting and schoopering to deliver exceptional results. Your ability to collaborate with colleagues and adapt to shift work will be key to maintaining a safe and productive environment.

What You Will Do:

• Preparation: ready metal surfaces for treatment, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and durability;
• Operation: manage the blasting line with accuracy, enhancing the efficiency of our production processes;
• Technique: apply schoopering methods to improve rust resistance and extend the lifespan of our products;
• Quality control: conduct thorough inspections to ensure the finished products meet client expectations;
• Teamwork: collaborate with your team to maintain a safe, efficient, and high-standard workplace.

• Monthly salary from €3400 to €3700 for 40 hours.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Full-time role with 40 hours per week.

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Blaster who thrives on precision and teamwork, ready to enhance our metal conservation processes.

• Experience in metal conservation and grit-corundum blasting.
• Proficiency in overhead crane operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of schoopering techniques is advantageous.
• Fluent in Dutch and/or English communication.
• Flexibility to work in shifts as required.
