To drive their joint growth strategy, they are looking for an ambitious International Sales Manager with a strong affinity for both markets — and the energy to connect two teams, two cultures, and many international customers.


Your role:


In this strategic commercial role, you work closely with the founder and CEO, helping shape and execute the international market approach. You are regularly present at both production sites, with a key focus on expanding business in the UK and Europe.

To drive their joint growth strategy, they are looking for an ambitious International Sales Manager with a strong affinity for both markets — and the energy to connect two teams, two cultures, and many international customers.


Your key responsibilities:


  • International business development with focus on Germany and the UK
  • Managing and growing long-term client relationships
  • Advising on pricing, margins, and commercial feasibility
  • Translating client needs into production opportunities (no technical background required, but interest in nutrition is essential)
  • Structuring sales reports, KPIs and forecasts
  • Aligning customer demand with production capabilities in both sites


Functie-eisen

Your profile:


  • Fluency in German and English is a must (Dutch or French are a plus)
  • Willingness to travel frequently between Belgium and Germany, and to international clients
  • 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in supplements, packaging, or private label manufacturing
  • A commercial mindset, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills
  • Affinity with nutrition, health and innovation
  • Self-starter, structured in reporting and planning
  • Leadership potential and eagerness to take ownership
  • Financial awareness: familiar with cost pricing and margins
  • Flexible and patient: understands the long sales cycles in this industry
