Are you ready for a unique opportunity at a world-famous entertainment company? Cirque du Soleil is looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented Usher from October 23 to January 4 for the spectacular show Kurios in The Hague. In this temporary role, you are the main point of contact for visitors, providing a warm welcome, ensuring safe flow, and creating a pleasant experience around the circus tent. Employment agency Manpower is looking for an Usher for Cirque du Soleil in The Hague.



As a hospitable team member, you are the main contact for visitors. You provide a warm welcome, ensure safe flow, and create a pleasant experience in and around the circus tent. Your tasks include:

  • Welcoming visitors and checking tickets
  • Guiding visitors and pointing out facilities (toilets, food/drinks, emergency exits)
  • Answering visitors’ questions
  • Maintaining safety, reporting misconduct, and checking emergency exits
  • Assisting people with special needs (such as stairs or ramps)
  • Keeping the tent clean (sweeping, mopping, picking up trash)

Functie-eisen

  • Good command of English, as this is the main language within the organization (other languages are definitely a plus)
  • Quickly and efficiently mastering the ticket system
  • Maintaining a professional and neat appearance (wearing your own black, logo-free clothing: black shirt, pants, and shoes)
  • Customer-oriented and friendly attitude towards visitors
  • Available during the period from October 23rd to January 4th
