Adagio Amsterdam City South is seeking a friendly and welcoming Receptionist to ensure that our guests have an exceptional stay with us. As the first point of contact for guests, you will provide a warm welcome, ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process, and assist with breakfast and meeting events. You will be fully knowledgeable about the hotel facilities and services, use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities, and comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation. 


Tasks:
  • Always delivering an exceptional guest experience
  • Ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes in line with brand standards
  • Assisting with breakfast and meeting events
  • Maximizing room occupancy and promoting hotel services and facilities
  • Staying fully conversant with hotel facilities, services, and promotions
  • Providing feedback to team members and other departments as necessary
  • Complying with hotel security, fi re regulations, and all health and safety legislation

Profile:
  • Ability to multitask effectively while delivering excellent customer service
  • Experience within a similar role in a branded environment is preferred, but full training will be given
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments and situations

Adagio Amsterdam City South is een splinternieuw hotel en heeft haar deuren 2 juni 2018 geopend. Dit hotel richt zich op de longstay markt. 
 
Met 151 studio’s/appartementen gevestigd op 450 meter van het metro station ‘Kronenburg’ in Amstelveen is het hotel gemakkelijk bereikbaar met de fiets, auto of natuurlijk het openbaar vervoer. Het hotel is ontworpen om onze gasten zich thuis te laten voelen vanaf het moment dat zij het hotel binnenstappen. Denk aan een bibliotheek waar gasten decoratieve items kunnen lenen om hun kamer te personaliseren. Zo is Adagio de perfecte plek om te overnachten voor kort verblijf, of voor een verblijf van meerdere maanden.
