As a Bakery Operator in the Cream Department, you’re an essential part of the production process. You work with machines, ingredients, and recipes to help produce high-quality cookies with various creams, fillings, and toppings. Every shift, you contribute to smooth operations in a clean and food-safe environment.
What you'll do:
Weigh, dose, and check raw materials with accuracy
Prepare semi-finished products using precise recipes, including correct labeling and coding
Set up, operate, and shut down machinery and weighing systems
Follow production schedules and maintain a hygienic workspace
Identify and report deviations or technical issues
Transport and refill ingredients using forklifts or pallet jacks
Perform deep-cleaning on equipment and work areas
A proactive attitude and awareness of food safety and hygiene standards
Good command of Dutch and/or English
Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
Living near Maastricht and access to your own transportation
