Employment agency Manpower is searching for a Talent Partner for a company based in Rotterdam.
As a Talent Partner Benelux, you play a key role in partnering with senior business leaders to find and attract the right talent at WL2+ level (manager and above). You support both internal and external talent needs, using market insights, strategic planning, and recruitment expertise. Working closely with global teams and the Talent Hub in Egypt, you ensure a strong and diverse talent pipeline, always aiming to deliver a great candidate and hiring manager experience. You also contribute to workforce planning, succession discussions, and the execution of the broader recruitment strategy.
Daily tasks:
Partner with WL2+ business leaders to define and fulfill talent needs
Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with global and ED&I objectives
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including interviews and offer management
Collaborate with the Talent Hub to ensure smooth and efficient hiring delivery
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and people forums
Use market insights to improve talent attraction and retention strategies
What’s in it for you
Gross salary between € 21,37 and € 26,- per hour
Reimbursement of travel costs: €0.23 per kilometer or compensation of public transport costs

Proven experience in talent acquisition or a related field
Knowledge or understanding of HR processes
Understanding of Dutch labour law
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well with different stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace
Fluent in English
