Your new position:

As Executive Assistant you'll be the indispensable assistant to two (international) Board Members. While they’re often abroad, you operate as the central point of contact, seamlessly coordinating their day to day business. You’ll be part of a professional yet informal team of Dutch Executive Assistants, where independence and proactiveness are key. You will manage intensive and frequently changing calendars, juggling priorities and aligning schedules across time zones. You will organise international travel arrangements into detail, from flights and hotels to visa and logistics. Also planning and coordinating (virtual and in person) meetings and events belong to your responsibilities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You will handle presentations, reports and expense claims as well as occasionally support with some private matters, such as translations or residence related.

With your excellent organisational skills and handson mentality, you don’t just follow up, you take ownership and make things happen. You can easily prioritize and have a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.


Beside this, you have the following qualifications:

  • A higher vocational education
  • Proven and relevant experience as an EA or PA within an international company 
  • Tech-savvy: excellent knowledge of MS Office, Teams, Slack, Sharepoint and G-Suite
  • Excellent collaboration skills and service minded 
Arbeidsvoorwaarden

  • Salary approximately EUR 4.500 gross per month, depending on experience
