FunctieomschrijvingJouw dag in deze rol Als Assistant Front Office Lead ben jij de schakel tussen de Front Office Lead en het Front Office team. Je houdt toezicht op alle front office werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat alle vastgestelde procedures worden nageleefd en dat het ontvangst- en afscheidsmoment zowel efficiënt als memorabel is voor onze gasten. Je ondersteunt de Front Office Lead bij het afstemmen van het team op standaarden en afdelingsdoelen, zodat doelstellingen op het gebied van gasttevredenheid, probleemoplossing en herkenning van vaste gasten worden behaald. Tegelijkertijd coach en train je het front office team in zowel technische vaardigheden als gastvrijheid, om het hoge serviceniveau waar voco The Hague om bekendstaat te behouden.
Heb jij alles in huis? · Passie voor gastvrijheid. · Kennis van het PMS-systeem Opera is een pre. · Proactieve houding en oog voor detail, met een natuurlijke drang om continu te verbeteren. · Een spontaan en vriendelijk karakter met een passie voor uitmuntende service, om consequent de voco™ service-standaarden over te brengen en te demonstreren aan onze voco® hosts. · Een echte teamspeler en flexibele instelling ten opzichte van een divers takenpakket. · Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels. Een andere taal is altijd een pluspunt. · Je hebt ervaring met het trainen en coachen van personeel. · In het bezit zijn van een ‘Leermeester’-certificaat, BHV en/of Sociale Hygiëne is een pré.
