This is crucial for the support department, especially in situations where materials are no longer available and components need to be redesigned.A sophisticated system, Windchill, is used to effectively manage the complexity of these processes.Key Responsibilities:
Supporting engineers in accurately documenting data, including providing training and daily assistance.
Guiding the setup and optimization of the tool (Windchill) for an efficient working environment.
Ensuring the correct processing of changes so that they are implemented according to the proper procedures.
Proposing improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
Functie eisen
A minimum of an MBO diploma, providing a solid foundation for the diverse responsibilities within this role.
Experience in an industrial environment is a plus, ideally gained at a company that supplies products within the industry, ensuring an understanding of the dynamics of production processes and technical environments.
Enjoys structure and overview.
Demonstrated affinity with technology. It is not necessary to know all technical details, but the candidate must be able to quickly understand what is important in an environment with software and electronics specialists.
Broad knowledge of various business processes, with insight into the needs and practices of product development, purchasing, and production.
An extroverted and communicative team player who easily connects with colleagues and quickly builds a network within the organization.
