As Senior Project Manager you lead and realize development projects while managing budget, time and performance.Your responsibilities are:
  • Plan, scope and execute project with key stakeholders.
  • Identify and report risks and facilitate mitigations.
  • Track KPIs, identify gaps and define alternative strategies to achieve targets.
  • Manage a team of (assistant) project managers to execute your plans and strategies.
  • Build, align and present senior management presentations and overviews.
  • Develop a strong network with different business units and bridge process gaps.
  • Forecast and control expense and capital budget and facilitate senior management approvals.
  • Identify and manage escalation topics and lead recovery plans.
  • Work Closely Together with the Global Powertrain Organization.
  • Initiate continuous improvement on processes, tools, communication and organization.
  • Keep up to date on the competition and market developments.
Functie eisen
You are a strong and persuasive leader with perseverance and a Master degree in preferably Mechanical, Electrical or Automotive Engineering. You bring 15+ years of professional experience within an engineering development organization.In addition:
  • Have 5+ years proven track record in Project Management, preferably with IPMA certification
  • Enjoy high stakes environment with demanding targets
  • Wants to solve complex problems with pragmatic and structured approach
  • Proactively builds plans and strategies with many stakeholders to realize goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills on different levels in the organization
  • Comfortable to communicate in Dutch and English. Third language is a Pre
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office suite.
