As a production worker, you will contribute to the cultivation and processing of our high-quality sprouting vegetables. Working in our family-run company in Nijmegen, you will combine operating machinery with manual tasks to ensure a top-notch end product. You’ll be part of a small, close-knit team where your efforts directly impact our success. What You Will Do:

• operate and adjust production equipment within the cultivation process: ensuring smooth and efficient operations
• manually handle products: contributing to the production of fresh, high-quality sprouts
• monitor quality and hygiene: maintaining high standards throughout the production process
• collaborate with your team: working together in an informal and supportive atmosphere
• adapt to different shifts: embracing flexibility to meet production needs

• Monthly salary between €2745 and €3260.
• Full-time contract with 38 hours per week.

We are looking for a precise, flexible, and motivated production worker who thrives in a dynamic environment and values teamwork.

• You have VMBO-level education, preferably in logistics.
• You are physically fit and comfortable with manual labor.
• You are willing to work in rotating shifts.
• You have a technical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Experience in a production environment is a plus.
