Stock Control Employee

Your daily key responsibilities will include:

Monitoring and maintaining accurate stock records. 

Conducting regular stock counts and resolving any discrepancies.

Collaborating with colleagues to maintain optimal stock levels.

Identifying duplicate stock locations or stock without a designated location and proposing appropriate measures.

Implementing and improving stock management procedures to increase efficiency.

Analyzing stock data and generating reports for management review.

Working within the warehouse, using MHE. 

Assisting in the planning and execution of stock audits when necessary.

Experience in logistics or administration is a plus but not a requirement.

Willing to work 40 hours a week in two shift rotation (06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00)

Practical, hands-on mindset

Able to work independently as well as in a team

Basic English knowledge

Ability to learn how to operate MHE, such as EPT and Forklifts

What Can You Expect from Us?

Hourly wage: €14.60

New! Option for an “all-in” rate of €15.45 (including vakantiegeld)

Shift bonuses: +30% for hours after 18:00 / +50% on Saturdays / +100% on Sundays (when applicable)

Travel reimbursement

MHE training provided (EPT and Stapelaar)

Eligibility to join a free Dutch language course after 6 months
