Production operator

As an operator, you’ll work with advanced processing machines to produce high-quality glass for homes and noise barriers. You’ll adjust machine settings, monitor production processes, and ensure the final products meet strict quality standards. With on-the-job training, you’ll quickly gain the skills needed to operate and maintain various equipment efficiently.

You’ll join a supportive team in a dynamic 3-shift system, where collaboration and development are prioritized. Your day-to-day tasks will include hands-on machine operation, troubleshooting minor issues, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. With clear processes and guidance from experienced colleagues, you’ll grow into a valued team member in no time.

• A starting salary of €18.76 per hour.
