At ofi, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Support Intern for F&B Solutions, you’ll be part of the team that ensures smooth customer operations and internal coordination across global supply chains. You’ll gain hands-on experience in sales execution, customer service, and logistics all while contributing to ofi’s mission to deliver innovative, sustainable food solutions.
In January 2024, ofi launched its F&B Solutions platform to strengthen its customer-centric approach within the Ingredients & Solutions segment. This platform brings together ofi’s deep category of expertise and global innovation infrastructure to co-create new consumer concepts and applications with customers. It leverages our Customer Solutions Centers in Amsterdam, Bangalore, Chicago, and Singapore, and complements our core product platforms in Cocoa, Coffee, Dairy, Nuts, and Spices.
Responsibilities
You’ll work closely with our Sales Support Specialist and other teams to:
Support Customer Operations: Assist with sales contract creation, call-offs, order tracking, invoicing, export/import documentation, and payment monitoring.
Coordinate Global Supply Chain Activities: Collaborate with origin teams to manage purchase contracts, logistics, and export documentation.
Manage Sales Documentation: Maintain and update contracts, agreements, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts. Handle amendments, extensions, and terminations.
Contribute to Pricing Projects: Support pricing initiatives for PL tenders, B2B Food Service, and CPG quotations.
Assist in Sales Forecasting: Help prepare forecasts using historical data, order trends, and customer demand insights.
Ensure Seamless Execution: Proactively plan and troubleshoot to ensure smooth contract execution.

Currently enrolled to a Dutch HBO/ WO university program and required to complete an internship as part of the curriculum
