What are you going to do As a Packaging Operator, you keep the machines running smoothly and ensure materials arrive right on time. You monitor production and downtime closely to keep everything on track. Safety is your top priority, you make sure everyone follows the rules and wears the right protective gear, helping the line run efficiently.
Your tasks include:
Taking samples and delivering them to the quality department
Keeping the production area and environment clean
Providing work instructions to the production team on quality, hygiene and safety
The workdays are from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 06:00 to 14:00 and from 14:00 to 22:00.
About the company Your new employer specializes in mixing, packaging and shipping various cleaning and personal care products such as soap, detergent and disinfectants. The company operates across three locations in the Netherlands, and you will be working at their location in Etten-Leur. Breaks are spent in a modern canteen, and the atmosphere is open, informal and supportive.

A salary of €2.500 to €3.000 gross per month
Shift allowance of 14.50%
Travel allowance starting from 10 kilometers

Wat wij vragen
Strong command of the English language
Currently working in 2 shifts, with the future shift schedule changing to 3 shifts, which is not an issue for you!
Knowledge of production processes and equipment settings
Ability to identify and fix minor technical issues
Good at following and enforcing safety regulations, and capable of addressing others when necessary
