What are you going to do As an Assistant Team Leader, you will manage a team of 5 to 15 employees. Your tasks include:
Working in the packing department and guiding new and existing team members
Giving instructions and assigning tasks within the team
Preparing work so the team can keep going efficiently, and making adjustments when needed
Spotting and reporting simple electrical or mechanical faults, arranging repairs, and replacing parts if necessary
Checking that all work meets the agreed quality standards
